As one of the last elite warriors of the Aragami, you are a victim of a supernatural affliction that eats away at the body and mind. However, you also possess the power of Shadow Essence, which gives you the ability to control the shadows. It is with this power that you carry out assignments throughout the valley, ensuring the survival of the village and freeing your kin from the grasp of invader armies.

You can choose to play solo or team up with friends in co-op mode, joining a squad of up to three players. Embark on a full campaign and engage in fast-paced stealth actions, using your agility to manage covers and special powers. Take down enemies with stealth kills and non-lethal takedowns, entering into combat as a tactical decision.

Master a skill-based combat system that offers high risk and high reward, and build your shadow assassin by crafting weapons and armor. Upgrade your elite warrior using three skill trees with a total of 42 abilities and shadow powers.
